At Hildy’s Vault, each piece is carefully sourced and authenticated to ensure its quality and authenticity. Because of the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage items, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, such as the item not matching your expectations or style. Please review all product details, photos, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.

Eligible Returns or Exchanges

We will accept a return or exchange only in the following cases:

• The item has a clear defect that was not disclosed in the product description (excluding natural signs of age, minor imperfections, or wrinkles due to storage).

• You received an item different from what was confirmed in your order.

In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

• More than 2 days have passed since delivery.

• The product page clearly states “Not eligible for return.”

• You no longer have the original delivery note.

• You wish to return or exchange due to personal preference (including size, fit, or color).

• The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• You have attempted to clean, wash, or perform maintenance on the item yourself.

• The item became soiled or damaged after delivery.

• It is a final sale item, discounted item, or part of a promotional/lucky bag.

• It is a hygiene-sensitive item such as underwear or swimwear.

• The original tag, label, or included accessories are missing.

• The original packaging is missing or damaged for items where packaging is considered part of the product.

• The purchase was made outside of this website.
